Database - PHRED is a common filing cabinet. It is easy to find all the information you need quickly; search by Location, Customer, Supplier, Part Number, Problem Owner and many more. Find out who has had the problem before, who is an expert and who are the key information-holders.
Reports - PHRED is report rich; it has many standard reports, individually defined user query reports, management summaries and charts. Export the information into Excel or PDF. Send only the information you want to share with your customers and suppliers.
Configurable - PHREDís Administrator function letís you configure the system to match your existing problem solving processes and company structure. Data from internal systems can be imported and automatically populate fields. Problem information can be exported to other systems.
